Stronger Together: Couples Yoga

You can tell Valentine’s Day is coming up because ads for diamonds, roses, and chocolates are everywhere. Many couples are trying to find ways to avoid the typical gifts and crowded candlelit restaurants in favor of something else fun together. Studies have shown that people find more satisfaction when they spend their money on experiences instead of material things, and Valentine’s Day is a great time to give experiences that can be enjoyed together as a couple. This year, Urban Vybe is offering a Couples Yoga class on Friday, February 17, 7:00 – 8:30pm. This class will be very welcoming for yoga veterans and newbies alike, making it a stress-free option for someone new to the mat.
