Mindful May

Let’s be mindful this May, with our meditation challenge. This whole month we are adding a 5 minute meditation before/after yoga classes. Sign up and we’ll keep track of how many meditations you participate in. At the end of the month, we will tally who was in the most meditation classes. We will be giving out prizes and more at the end of this challenge. This enrollment is free!
