Looking beyond the Physical Body and into the Subtle Body, we will venture on an in-depth journey through the chakra system. Our Subtle Body often holds deeply buried experiences or beliefs that may be the source behind the symptoms of physical pain, as well as mental and spiritual imbalances. Asana, Meditation, Mantra, and Journaling techniques will be offered to enhance the healing benefit of your yoga practice on and off the mat.

Sunday: 1-8 (Journey Through “Ethereal/Mental Stuff/Meditation”- Chakra 5-7)
