Join us for this workshop-style class where we discover what it takes to balance from the inside out. There are a few tricks we can explore to help you boost up your inner core line connection. This class is designed to give you the opportunity to discover what works for you.

Our Yoga Lab classes dive deeper into the mechanics of the postures, offering knowledge of biological & energetic anatomy, yoga philosophy, as well as various pranayama & meditation methods depending on the focus of the class. Think of this as a mini-workshop wrapped in a fun little package. In this class, questions are welcomed throughout as we play and explore together.
